1) BM Assoc/11 Bond St – Review draft resolution for Special Permit and Site Plan for proposed change of use from light industry to warehouse. Said property is located at 11 Bond Street in Central Valley and is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 226-1-91.
2) Hartman ARB 22 Catskill High Rail - Review draft resolution for an Amended Site Plan, Special Permit, Ridge Preservation and ARB of proposed Shul addition to Single Family Dwelling. Said property is located at 22 & 24 Catskill High Rail and is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 254 Block 7 Lot 1 & 2
