In compliance with Local 17, the Village of Woodbury Highway Department has (1) Machine Equipment Operator positions open. This is Full- Time employment with a starting salary of $26.30 per hour.
This position(s) requires a valid Class B CDL license or better. The position(s) will be filled when all Local 17 requirements are met.

The Mayor would like to inform the residents of the Village of Woodbury of the Following:

NYSDOT Project D263998
1.8 Miles of Asphalt Concrete Milling &
Paving in the Village & Town of Woodbury

 

Kubricky Construction Corporation has been contracted by the NYSDOT to perform milling and paving operations at the above referenced project. Please be advised that on or about October 7, 2019 at New York State Route 32 beginning at approximately 100 liner feet South of Bond Street and travelling in a Northerly direction then ending approximately 70 linear feet North of Timber Trail. Additional items of work include removing and replacing various non-compliant handicap ramps. Repair to drainage structures and safety improvements at the intersection of Route 32 and County Route 105. The ancillary work will be performed in the daytime and the milling and paving operations will be performed during the nighttime. Motorist’s should expect daily lane closures and traffic delays during the duration of the contract which is scheduled to last approximately 2 months.
